제목 Bad delivery service but good products

Customer care and delivery service are not good. The customer service center does not receive phone calls. However, the quality of the products is very good. I like the products very much but for poor delivery service, I have stopped ordering.

    스팸글 Also please note that the customer support timings are Monday to Friday 9 am to 9 pm. Unfortunately we won't be able to receive calls other than those timings.
