제목 My experience with Shejang

I ordered stuff on 15th Apr as "dawn delivery" and I only received my delivery 19th Apr with wrong product.


2 things they didn't deliver right so I wanted to talk to them and phone is always off.


I think I would not order from shejang again. Very disappointed.

    Please accept our sincere apology for the bad experience you had this time in terms of delay in processing and then the wrong items.
    We take total responsibility of this and would make it up to you.

    We unfortunately have some processing issues these days due to huge Ramadan traffic as well as some changes in our Logistics and Operations.
    But we will make sure such things will not happen again. We are back in full service and will make sure our valuable customers like you get the best services.

    Please let us know what things were delivered wrong. We will send them to you as soon as possible and also with a complementary gift.
