제목 Incomplete Order

I ordered three items (hummus, root beer and hibiscus tea)  last February 1. However, I only received the root beer and hummus yesterday. I sent an email to your cs right away with an attached picture but I did not get any reply. I checked the status of the item and it says 'delivered' though I did not receive it. Could you please resolve this?

    스팸글 I see. I have just read the email that says the refund has been complete yet it wasn't reflected on my account. Will the refund be sent to my bank account?
