Sorry for the inconvenience but this is my first time returning something on Shejang. I applied for return 2 days ago but I wasn't notifies of the product return date. 

Thinking I did not do it right I canceled the return request and applied again today and I'm still not notified about the return date. Can you please let me know about this  ?
When do I need to prepare for the return?

    Thank you for using shejang.com and please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please note that it would take around 3 days to return the product. You need to pack them and put them outside your door. Please note that unless the product is expired or damaged, the customer need to bear the return shipping cost. The amount will be refunded when we receive the products back.
